Please note

Our Mandala Tapestries and related products are made with Indian traditional hand screen printed tapestries, so imperfections can be expected in paints and colours. 

There is likely to be imperfections with print, such as slight running of dye, teeny paint spots, slight print imperfections etc. 

We have painstakingly gone through each one and are only selling the highest quality though keeping in mind that slight 'flaws' are part of their uniqueness.

Care Instructions

Gently hand wash in cold water.

As the inks used are vegetable dye they cannot withstand harsh chemicals or bleach.

Do not bleach  * Do not dry clean * Do not machine wash

Pre Orders

Pre-Orders take 6 weeks to arrive in Australia from our manufacturer. Shipping time from Australia to your destination will then be at the normal estimated time. If your order includes a Pre-Order, your full order will not be shipped until the Pre-Order arrives. If you would like your order sent before your pre-order arrives, postage will be at your expense for the order to be separate.

Refund and Exchange Policy and Instructions

Mandala tapestries, related products or our accessories can only be refunded or exchanged (at our discretion) if the product is faulty.

Faulty, damaged or any other claims must be lodged within 5 days of arrival of order.

Orders that are returned to sender will not be refunded or exchanged & you will then need to pay for return shipping to receive your order

We do not exchange or refund due to change of mind. We can only offer an exchange or refund due to damaged or faulty items.

If this unfortunately occurs, we’ll gladly accept a return of an unused item within 7 business days (domestic returns) or 18 days (international returns) of purchase. 

Items are to be in the original condition. 

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item.

If items are returned due to incorrect address provided upon purchase or not being claimed any return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient. 

If the item is not claimed within 30 business days, this will void your sale & no refund will be given.

If an item is returned with an insufficient address another shipping fee will be incurred otherwise your item & sale will be forfeited. We do not offer a refund for this. 


Shipping costs can only be refunded on faulty items that have been purchased separately. Shipping will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the invoice when a faulty item is returned.

*Please note, there are no returns on clearance stock under any circumstances.


Shipping Information 

Shipping within Australia (via Australia Post) takes between 1-7 business days. 

International shipping takes between 3 - 10 business days for Air Mail and between 12-30 business days (shipping may take longer to some countries due to customs, so please be patient). 

Please allow 1- 7 business days for us to send your order. 

As we are shipping from Australia, international deliveries can take up to 3 - 6 months to arrive in some countries. 

Please check the Australia Post website for an up to date estimate based on your location. As the cost of shipping is subject to fluctuation, any increase in shipping costs will be at the customers' cost or a full refund can be offered.
